If you are already under a written contract to sell your house, you can’t just call the whole thing off (without the risk of getting sued) if you are aggravated or if the buyers are driving everyone crazy. Besides which, do you really want to go back to square one? PATIENCE is the key if you and the other party have a personality clash. Or maybe their realtor or their attorney or their bank is the problem. Speak to your team and see if things can be worked out. If you do have a real need to get out of the contract, speak to your lawyer who may be able to give you options that will not get you into trouble.
