Do I have to list ALL of my debts on my Bankruptcy?

Yes. Bankruptcy law says that you must list EVERYONE to whom you owe money, from Visa to the dentist to mom & dad. You might elect to voluntarily pay select creditors back after the bankruptcy in what is known as "reaffirmation" of the debt; if it makes good sense to do so. You cannot, however, pick and chose who gets listed at the outset. It is a good idea to run a credit report right before filing for bankruptcy to be sure that you haven't missed anyone. Of course, gather all of the bills that have come in the mail too- your bankruptcy lawyer will want to see the actual  statements.
