Yes. Bankruptcy law says that you must list EVERYONE to whom you owe money, from Visa to the dentist to mom & dad. You might elect to voluntarily pay select creditors back after the bankruptcy in what is known as "reaffirmation" of the debt; if it makes good sense to do so. You cannot, however, pick and chose who gets listed at the outset. It is a good idea to run a credit report right before filing for bankruptcy to be sure that you haven't missed anyone. Of course, gather all of the bills that have come in the mail too- your bankruptcy lawyer will want to see the actual statements.
