Do I have to go to the closing on the sale of my house?

Most attorneys offices (and certainly our office) will be happy to schedule a convenient time for you to review and pre-sign all of your closing documents with your lawyer so that you do not have to personally go to the closing.  Many sellers choose not to be at their own closing either because they are busy with their move, are at work, or simply out of convenience. No problem.  I can go to your closing for you and handle everything. Just make sure that you are available by phone in case anything comes up.  We can do everything in my office in about 15 minutes, rather than having you sit through a 2-3 hour closing later on.
